This is the quiet corner of the site: games you can play with the sound off, mostly with a mouse or trackpad, and mostly without a clock. The classics are here in browser form — Sokoban Master for box-pushing logic, Mahjong Tiles Match for pair-matching, Dominoes Classic Duel and Dama Stars for board games against the computer or a second person, and Word Master Puzzle for anyone who would rather find words than move blocks.
Two smaller groups are worth knowing about. The maths games — Math Squares and Correct Math — are simple enough to be a warm-up rather than a lesson, which is exactly why they end up on classroom machines. The physics puzzles — Love Balls 2D, Hero Rescue Puzzle, Save the Dummy and Cocoon Crossing — give you one drawing or one pin-pull per level, so a failed attempt costs a few seconds and the next level is always one click away. Pixel Art: Color by Numbers and Paletto are not really puzzles at all; they are the thing you open when you want ten calm minutes.
What ties the category together is that nothing here punishes you for stepping away. Most levels have no timer, progress stays in the tab while it is open, and the games are light enough to run on the oldest Chromebook in the room. The match-3 and shooter-style ones (Alchemist Lab, Zumba Mania, Bricks Breaker) are the exception — they do speed up — so if you want something you can pause mid-thought, start with the logic and board games at the top of the grid.
