About Difference Find Master

Difference Find Master is the classic spot-the-difference puzzle, done with enough levels to keep it going. Two pictures sit side by side looking identical, and a handful of small details have been altered — a changed colour, a missing object, a shape flipped the wrong way round. Click each one you find and the level completes when you have them all.

What makes it more than a time-filler is how the changes get subtler as you progress, moving from obvious missing objects to single-shade colour shifts. It is completely silent, entirely mouse-driven and about as calm as a puzzle game gets.

Compare the two images and click on each spot where they differ. The differences can be hidden anywhere, so check the corners and background as well as the main subject. Find every difference before time runs out to complete the level.

Tips to win

Scan in bands, left to right, rather than letting your eye wander — a system beats staring.
Check edges and background corners; the hardest changes are rarely on the main subject.
When you are stuck on the last one, compare colours rather than shapes — subtle recolours are the usual answer.

Difference Find Master strategy guide

Point and click. Difference Find Master is played with the mouse. Look at the two pictures, and when you spot something that does not match, click it. There are no keys to remember, so all of your attention can go into looking carefully.

Two almost identical images. Each level shows two images that look nearly the same, but several small details have been changed. Your goal is to inspect both pictures, find every difference and complete the level before time runs out. The timer is what turns a relaxed puzzle into a real test of observation.

Use a system. The most common mistake is letting your eyes jump around the picture at random. Instead, scan in a pattern: top to bottom or left to right, comparing one area of the left image with the same area of the right before moving on. That way you do not keep rechecking the same section while missing another one entirely.

Check every corner. The game warns that differences can be hidden anywhere, so do not only study the main object in the scene. Look at edges, backgrounds and small details near the borders. When you are stuck with one difference left, those overlooked areas are usually where it is hiding.

Stay focused under time pressure. Watching the clock can make you rush and miss changes that were right in front of you. Keep a steady pace, trust your scan pattern and click only when you are fairly sure. Observation is a skill that improves with practice, so the more levels you play, the faster you will start noticing small changes at a glance.
