The service

PlayTundra curates and embeds free HTML5 games provided through licensed third-party game distribution networks. Games stream from those networks' servers; we host catalog pages, editorial descriptions and guides around them. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Intellectual property

All game titles, artwork, code and trademarks belong to their respective developers and publishers, distributed under those parties' agreements with the distribution networks. Our original editorial content (descriptions, guides, tips, site design) belongs to PlayTundra. Rights holders who believe a title is distributed in error can use the contact page ("Rights" in the subject) — legitimate takedown requests are acted on promptly.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to rip, re-host or hotlink the games or bypass the distribution networks' delivery; don't scrape the site at disruptive volume; don't use the site to violate your school's or employer's acceptable-use policies — their rules are yours to respect.

No warranties

The site and all games are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Games are third-party software: we don't guarantee availability, save-data persistence, or fitness for any purpose, and a title may change or disappear when a distributor's catalog changes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayTundra and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or embedded games. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the site.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
