About Pixel Art: Color by Numbers
Pixel Art: Color by Numbers is the deep-breath game of this catalog: pick an image, and fill its grid cell by cell — every number maps to a color, every filled region sharpens the picture. No timer, no fail state, no pressure. Just tidy progress and a small dopamine chime as regions complete.
It's the perfect wind-down after a sweaty .io match, and weirdly satisfying to finish — the moment a blurry grid resolves into crisp pixel art never gets old.
How to play
Choose an artwork, select a numbered color from the palette, and click or drag across matching cells. Hold and drag to paint runs of cells quickly. Finish every color to reveal and collect the completed artwork.
Controls
- Click — fill a cell
- Hold & drag — paint multiple cells
- Palette — switch colors
Tips to win
- Clear one color completely before switching — hunting stray cells later is the only frustration here.
- Start with the largest color region to make the image readable early.
- Zoom in for edges; misfilled borders are what make finished art look fuzzy.
