About Wrestle Online

Wrestle Online belongs to the same family as Drunken Wrestle and the classic Get On Top duels — two wobbly fighters, one small arena, and a single verb. You jump up and try to come down on your opponent hard enough to knock them out, and the ragdoll physics make the result of any given leap genuinely uncertain.

What it adds over the local-only wrestlers is a third mode. There is single player, there is two players on one keyboard, and there is an online multiplayer mode against strangers. Coins earned from wins unlock new skins, which gives the solo mode a reason to exist beyond practice.

How to play

Choose single player, two-player local, or online multiplayer. Press W (or tap on a touch screen) to jump; the goal is to land on your opponent and knock them out while avoiding the same happening to you. Collect coins from matches to unlock new skins.

Tips to win

• Jump when your opponent is already airborne and descending — you want to be the one coming down.

Be the one coming down. The fighter descending onto the other has the advantage, so the timing you want is to jump while your opponent is already airborne and falling. Jumping at the same moment they do produces a neutral collision and hands the next exchange to whoever recovers first, which is a coin flip you do not need to take.

Small hops keep you centred. A big leap commits your position for the entire arc, and in a small arena that is a long time to be somewhere your opponent can read. Short hops let you stay near the middle, stay available, and choose when to actually go for the knockout.

Coins buy skins, not power. Collecting coins from wins unlocks new skins, which gives the single player mode a purpose beyond practice. It also means a heavily decorated opponent in an online match has played a lot of games rather than bought an advantage — the skins are cosmetic, so watch one round before you decide how cautious to be.
