Ragdoll Duel 2P is a timing duel between two floppy figures. Each player has exactly one key, and pressing it fires — the difficulty is that your aim sweeps continuously, so the whole game is choosing the right instant rather than lining anything up.

Single player earns coins that raise your health bar and shot power, which gives solo runs a reason to continue. Two-player mode drops all that and simply asks who can time the sweep better, which is what makes it a rematch game.

How to play

Player 1 fires with W and Player 2 with the Up arrow. In single player you can use the mouse instead. Watch the aim sweep across your opponent and release your key at the moment it crosses them; a missed shot leaves you exposed for the reply.

One key per player. Ragdoll Duel is a shooting duel between two floppy ragdolls, and the controls could not be simpler: Player 1 uses W and Player 2 uses the Up arrow. In one-player mode you can also use the mouse. With only one button, the entire game is about when you press it.

Timing the shot. The developer's advice is to shoot wisely and time your shots to aim and bring down your opponent. Pressing as soon as possible rarely works. Watch how your aim moves and press when it lines up with your opponent.

One player: coins and upgrades. In one-player mode you earn coins, and you can spend them to increase your health bar and weapon power. Health is usually the better first purchase, because it lets you survive a mistake. Weapon power helps you end a duel faster once your timing is reliable.

Two players. In two-player mode there are no upgrades to lean on — it comes down to who times their shots better. The best habit is to stay calm after a miss. A second rushed shot is usually a second miss.

Reading your opponent. Human players develop patterns. If your friend always fires at the same moment, you can plan around it. Equally, vary your own timing so they cannot do the same to you.

Common mistakes. Holding the key down, firing twice in a panic, and spending coins on weapon power before health in single player.
