About Air Hockey Cup
Air Hockey Cup plays the table sport as a token game: instead of sliding one mallet, you shoot your pieces at the puck to score, which makes it closer to a board game than to the arcade table. Moving your tokens like players is the point — angles and spacing matter more than speed.
Around the matches sits a progression layer that most portal hockey games skip. Wins pay out, and the money buys upgraded tokens, rings and different formations, so a league that stonewalls you early becomes winnable once the squad improves. How to play
Shoot your tokens to drive the puck into the opponent goal. Win matches to advance through the league and into tournaments, and spend the money from your victories on upgrading tokens, buying rings or switching to a different formation. Formation choice changes how much of the table you can cover.

Tips to win
- Buy a formation change before individual token upgrades — coverage fixes more losses than power does.
- Play the angles off the side walls; a direct shot at a defended goal rarely gets through.
- Leave one token back. The counter-attack is what ends most runs in the upper leagues.
