About Wiggly Worm Race
Wiggly Worm Race is the simplest party game on the shelf and, for exactly that reason, one of the loudest. Pick a worm, then alternate your two assigned keys as fast as your fingers allow — each alternation scrunches and stretches your worm a little further down the track.
Because four players fit on one keyboard, it turns any spare laptop into a race meeting. There is nothing to learn and no way to blame the controls, which leaves everyone with only their own hand speed to argue about.
How to play
Choose one of the three tracks, then alternate your two keys rhythmically — mashing a single key does nothing. Player 1 uses the Left and Right arrows, Player 2 uses A and S, Player 3 uses V and B, Player 4 uses L and K. First worm across the line wins the race.
Controls
- Player 1 — Left / Right arrows
- Player 2 — A & S
- Player 3 — V & B
- Player 4 — L & K
Tips to win
- Rhythm beats raw speed — a steady alternation moves you further than frantic mashing.
- Claim your keyboard zone before the countdown; elbow wars lose more races than slow hands.
- Start on the easiest track to find your tempo, then move up once everyone is warm.
