About Rope Pull
Rope Pull is tug of war with a hazard bolted onto the middle. The green radioactive strip between the two players is not scenery — every time you get dragged into it your health bar drops, so the loser of an exchange pays twice: ground and health. First player to five points takes the match.
The controls are a single key each, so it belongs to the same shared-keyboard family as Pixel Pulling and Tug of Heads. There is a one-player mode against the computer if nobody is around.
How to play
Player 1 pulls with W, player 2 pulls with the up arrow key — on a touchscreen, tap your side of the screen instead. Press as fast as you can to haul your opponent toward you and into the green radioactive area in the middle, which drains their health each time they touch it. First to five points wins.
Controls
- Player 1 — W
- Player 2 — Up arrow
- Tap the screen on touch devices
- 1P mode against the computer, or 2P on one keyboard
Tips to win
- Health carries between points, so winning a round cheaply matters more than winning it big.
- Alternate hands or fingers — sustained speed beats a fast opening burst over five points.
- When you are being pulled in, keep pressing. Escaping the strip early saves real health.
