About Beach Volleyball
Beach Volleyball is the straightforward version of the sport: two players, one net, a ball that must not touch the sand on your side. Rallies are short, the serve matters, and the whole thing is decided by whether you can read where the ball is coming down faster than the person sitting next to you.
It rounds out the volleyball corner of this site alongside Volley Random and Volley Lama, and it is the most conventional of the three — the one to play when you want the actual sport rather than a physics joke.
How to play
Player 1 plays on WASD, Player 2 on the arrow keys. Move under the ball and jump to send it back over the net; if it lands on your side, your opponent scores. Touch controls work on phones and tablets.
Controls
- Player 1 — WASD
- Player 2 — Arrow keys
- Touch supported on mobile
Tips to win
- Get under the ball early and stop moving — jumping while drifting sends it out of bounds.
- Aim your returns deep toward the back line; short balls are easy to attack.
- Serve wide rather than hard — angle causes far more mistakes than speed.
