About Jump Race

Jump Race drops you into a room with everybody else who is playing and points you at a finish line. The course between here and there is lined with obstacles, and the punishment for touching one is severe: you go back to the start. No health bar, no checkpoints, just the run.

That single harsh rule is what makes it work as a multiplayer game. Everyone is visible, so you can watch the player ahead of you fail an obstacle and learn its timing before you reach it — and everyone behind is doing the same to you.

How to play

Play with the mouse — move the cursor to steer and your character follows. Time your approach to each obstacle rather than running straight in, because contact sends you back to the start of the course. First to the finish line wins the round.

Tips to win

• Watch the player just ahead of you clear an obstacle before you commit to it.
• Hesitating in front of a moving hazard is worse than being early — pick a gap and go.
• A restart costs the whole run, so late in a course it is worth waiting an extra beat.
