About City Car Stunt 3
City Car Stunt 3 splits neatly in two. The campaign is six routes against the clock, and each one you finish hands over a new car that makes the next route easier — a clean difficulty curve that rewards persistence rather than punishing it.
The other half is the Free Driving map, and it is the reason the game sticks around. It has been built as a playground rather than a road network: you can play darts, soccer and bowling with your car, or simply chain ramp jumps with no timer counting down. With two players on one keyboard, the free map is where most sessions actually end up.
How to play
Start with the timed routes and drive with your movement keys, saving nitro for the long ramps between checkpoints. Each completed route unlocks a faster car. Once you have a few unlocked, switch to Free Driving and try the darts, soccer and bowling setups scattered around the map.

- Finish route one in the starter car before chasing stunts — the unlocked cars make everything after it faster.

Controls for one or two. Player 1 drives with the arrow keys, uses N for nitro and B to look back. Player 2 has W A S D, T for nitro and C to look back. R restarts the level. Both players share one keyboard, which makes the free map an easy place to drive together.
Six routes against the clock. The main challenge is completing 6 different routes before time runs out. Each level you clear unlocks a new car and makes you more powerful for the levels ahead, with the fastest car as the prize for racing the clock. That structure means a route that feels hard early gets easier once you return with a better car.
Timed runs reward clean driving. With the clock running, the biggest time loss is usually a crash or a missed ramp, not a slow corner. Keep your line tidy, save nitro for straights and ramp run-ups, and press R the moment a run is beyond saving rather than limping on. The physics were improved for this entry, so smooth, deliberate steering is rewarded.
Free Driving is a playground. The huge Free Driving map has no timer. You can perform stunts without being pressed for time and use the ramps to fly your car. It also has games you can play with your car: darts, soccer and bowling. These are a relaxed way to practise car control, and with a second player they turn into friendly contests.
Mix the two halves. A good rhythm is to try a timed route, then take a break in Free Driving to practise ramp launches, then return to the route. Skills carry over directly: a car you can land confidently on the free map is a car you can push harder against the clock. Use B to check behind you when a friend is chasing, and agree on rules before a two-player contest so nobody argues about the result.
