About Slope City
Slope City is an endless runner with one control and no forgiveness. You steer a ball down a continuous chain of interconnected slopes, and the ball accelerates the entire time — the track never gets harder on its own, you simply get faster until you cannot react in time.
That acceleration is what makes it a score game rather than a level game. There is nothing to unlock and nothing to learn beyond reading the next slope early, which puts it in the same category as Slope Racing and Void Drop 3D: something you play in short bursts and immediately restart.
How to play
Steer the ball left and right as it rolls down the slopes — the input layout is shown on the start screen. The ball accelerates continuously, so the aim is to stay on the track and read the next section before you reach it. Falling off ends the run and your distance becomes your score.
Controls
- Steer left and right — layout shown on the start screen
- Endless run; distance is your score
Tips to win
- Look at the far end of the visible track, not at the ball. By the time you react to what is under you it is already too late.
- Correct with short taps — a long steer at speed carries you straight off the side.
- Stay near the centre line on straight sections so you have room to move in either direction when a gap appears.
