About Helifight

Helifight is a two-player duel between a blue and a red pixel helicopter, and it does the thing the best same-keyboard games do — it gives you exactly one resource to fight over. Rockets are not unlimited; a rocket symbol appears in the air, and whoever reaches it first is the one who gets to shoot.

That single pickup turns the whole match into a positioning game. You spend most of it flying toward where the next rocket will be rather than toward your opponent, and the actual shots are short, decisive moments in between. Five hits ends it.

How to play

One player takes the blue helicopter, the other takes the red, both on the same keyboard. Fly toward the rocket symbol that appears in the air to collect it, then fire at the enemy helicopter. The first pilot to land five hits wins the match. Each player’s key is shown when the match starts.

• One key per player — shown at the start of the match
• Blue and red helicopters, same keyboard

Tips to win

• Fly toward where the next rocket will spawn, not toward your opponent — ammunition decides this game.
• Fire slightly ahead of a moving helicopter; rockets travel, they do not hit instantly.
• If your opponent has the rocket and you do not, break away and climb. Distance is a better defence than dodging.
